बालाघाट जिले में डिजिटल पंचायत के शुभारंभ के लिये 25 अप्रेल 2011 को जिला कलेक्टर को वैनगंगा सामुदायिक विकास केंद्र से पत्र भेजकर डिजिटल पंचायत के जिले में शुभारंभ होने के बारे में अवगत कराया गया था। पत्र क्रमांक wsvk/11/12/07 में जिला कलेक्टर को कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथी के रूप में बुलाया गया था। उक्त पत्र में यह भी बताया गया था, की नई दिल्ली की संस्था डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउॅंडेषन द्वारा राष्ट्र्ीय स्तर पर 500 पंचायतों को डिजिटल पंचायत बनाने का पायलट प्रोजेक्ट चलाया जा रहा है। जिसके अंर्तगत मध्य प्रदेष में बालाघाट जिले की भी चयनित पंचायतों को डिजिटल पंचायत बनाया जायेगा। तथा बालाघाट जिले में इसका शुभारंभ 4 मई 2011 को होगा।

उक्त पत्र के पश्चात 29 अप्रेल 2011 को पत्र क्रमांक वै.सा.वि.के./11.12/    जो जिले की चयनित 25 पंचायतों को भेजा गया तथा इस पत्र में पंचायतों को 5/04/2011 को होने वाले एक दिवसीय प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिये आमंत्रित किया गया। ये चयनित पंचायते नि.लि. थीं।
1.भटेरा,2.खैरी,3.कुम्हारी,4.बोदा,5.आवलाझरी,6.भरवेली,7.हीरापुर,8.अमेडा,9.कटंगी,10.लिंगा,11.देवरी,12.जागपुर,13.टवेझरी,14.बघोली,15.कायदी,16.गर्रा,17.रेंगाटोला,18.लेंण्डेझरी,19.माॅंझापुर,
20.कोसमी,21.गायखुरी,22.गोंगलई,23.लोहारा,24.हरदोली,25.मानेगाॅंव।
उक्त पत्र में इन पंचायतों के प्रतिनिधियों को कार्यक्रम में आमंत्रित किया गया था। तथा इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री राजीव शर्मा द्वारा डिजिटल पंचायतों का शुभारंभ किया गया। तथा इस कार्यक्रम में डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउॅंडेषन से श्री ओसामा मंज़र एवं श्री देवेन्द्र भदौरिया भी उपस्थित थे। जिन्होंने सभी गाँवो के प्रतिनिधियों को डिजिटल पंचायत के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान की।

दिनांक 10 मई 2011 को डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउंडेषन द्वारा मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत बालाघाट को पत्र भेजा गया। जिसमें डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र के लिये जगह प्रदान करने का निवेदन किया गया। ताकि बालाघाट जिले में डिजिटल पंचायत कार्यक्रम सुचारू रूप से चल सके। उक्त पत्र के आधार पर मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत बालाघाट श्री राजीव शर्मा ने बालाघाट में स्थित उद्यान भवन में डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर चलाने की अनुमति संस्था को दी, तथा पत्र, क्रमांक जि.पं./एसजीएसवाय/आर.सेटी./11.12 में संस्था को उद्योग विभाग से संपर्क कर आगामी कार्यवाही सुनिष्चित करने की बात कही। तथा सहायक संचालक उद्यान विभाग को भी संस्था को उक्त भवन प्रदान करने के लिये बताया गया।

उक्त कार्यवाही के बाद बालाघाट की 25 चयनित पंचायतों को पाँच ग्रुप में बाँटा गया। तथा प्रत्येक गु्रप में पाँच पंचायतों का समावेष किया गया। तथा पाँचों ग्रुप के सरपंचों, सचिवों एवं रोजगार सहायकों को सप्ताह में अलग-अलग दिन डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर में आकर प्रषिक्षण प्रदान करना सुनिष्चित किया गया। दिनांक 30 मई 2011 को संस्था ने श्री राहुल चटर्जी संपर्क कर, संस्था को डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर में एम.आई.एस. का प्रषिक्षण देने के लिये प्रिया सॉफ्टवेर प्रदान करने का निवेदन किया।
कार्यालय कार्यक्रम अधिकारी महात्मा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी स्कीम जनपद पंचायत बालाघाट से जारी पत्र क्र. 1933/ज.प./मनरेगा/11 दिनांक 3/8/11 में डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर के संचालन के संदर्भ में एक दिवसीय प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम जनपद पंचायत प्रांगण में आयोजित किया जाना सुनिष्चित किया गया। जिसमें सभी चयनित पंचायतों के सरपंचों, सचिवों एवं रोजगार सहायकों को बुलाया गया। दिनांक 8/8/11 को हुई उक्त सभा में सभी ग्राम के प्रतिनिधियों ने अपनी उपस्थिती दर्ज कराई।
डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउंडेषन द्वारा दिनांक 13 जुलाई 2011 को, संस्था को 4 नेटबुक्स प्रदान की गईं। जिससे बालाघाट जिले में डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर सुचारू रूप से चल सके। जिले की 25 पंचायतों में डिजिटल पंचायत कार्यक्रम के चलने से प्रभावित होकर मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत बालाघाट ने पत्र क्रमांक जि.पं./डि.जि.पं./मनरेगा/2011 में प्रत्येक जनपद स्तर पर 25 पंचायतों का चयन कर डिजिटल पंचायत बनाने का निर्देष दिया।

जिले के तीन विकासखंडो लालबर्रा,वारासिवनी,बालाघाट की 18 पंचायतों की वेबसाइट बनाई गई गाँव के युवाओं किषोरों एवं किषोरियों को कम्प्युटर सिखाने हेतु गा्रम पंचायत भटेरा के सामुदायिक भवन में डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर का प्रारंभ किया गया। समस्त डिजिटल पंचायत के प्रतिनिधियों को प्रषिक्षित करने हेतु सप्ताह में तीन दिन 12 बजे से 2 बजे तक डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र में प्रषिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। सतत् संपर्क में रहने से पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों में से तीन महिला तथा दो पुरूष सरपंचों को दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम में भेजा गया।
राष्ट्रीय जन सहयोग एवं बाल विकास संस्थान के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय द्वारा महिला पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों हेतु आयोजित कार्यषाला में तीन डिजिटल पंचायतों की 30 महिला प्रतिनिधियों को कार्यषाला में प्रतिनिधित्व करने हेतु भेजा गया। तथा यहाँ के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय इंदौर में 30 महिलाओं द्वारा कार्यषाला में भाग लिया गया।

डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर द्वारा इन्टेल एवं डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउंडेषन के सहयोग से इंन्टेल ईजी स्टेप कम्प्युटर साक्षरता कार्यक्रम सभी डिजिटल पंचायतों में चलाया गया। जिसके तहत 50 बच्चों को कम्प्युटर की षिक्षा प्रदान की गई। बालाघाट जिले में समग्र सवच्छता अभियान के जिला कार्याक्रम समन्वयक श्री अषीम अब्राहम जिला पंचायत द्वारा इन्टेल के ईजी स्टेप कम्प्युटर साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के प्रमाण पत्र सभी बच्चों को प्रदान किये गये। तथा इस कार्यक्रम में उत्कर्ष प्रदर्षन करने वाले बच्चों को इंटरनेट का प्रषिक्षण भी दिया गया। एवं 10 बच्चों की ई-मेल आई डी भी बनाई गई। एवं इसका प्रयोग करना भी सिखाया गया। एवं संस्था द्वारा समय समय पर सभी डिजिटल पंचायतों में कार्यक्रम कर ग्रामीण जनों को कमप्युटर साक्षरता के फायदों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।

Digital Panchyat Center M.P. Balaghat started Intel’s computer literacy class at gram Panchyat Bhatera, in our firs batch there were 7 students which was completed on 26th Jan 2012. in our second batch 2o students attended the class, this was completed on 25th Feb 2012, chief guest on 26th Jan program Jila Panchyat member, sarpanch, teachers and all villagers. In our Feb award function program chief guest was Mr. Ashim Abraham, District coordinator, total sanitation campaign Balaghat.

वैनगंगा सामुदायिक विकास केन्द्र संस्था ने मुंबई स्थित संस्था अनाम प्रेम के साथ मिलकर दो डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटरों से 20 बच्चों का चयन किया एवं इन सभी बच्चों को मुंबई एवं गोवा का 10 दिवसीय भ्रमण कराया गया।

गा्रम भटेरा में चलाये जा रहे जैविक क्षि कार्यक्रम के अंतगर्त एक युवा मनोज यादव को चेन्नई स्थित संस्था एम. एस. स्वामीनाथन की एन. वी.ए. फेलोषीप प्रदान की गई।

बालाघाट जिले में संचालित डिजिटल पंचायत सेंटर से प्रेरित होकर संस्था द्वारा आदिवासी बाहुल्य नक्सल प्रभावित जिले मंडला में डब्लू. फॉर. सी. योजना का प्रस्ताव डी.इ.एफ. को प्रेषित किया गया। तथा शीघ्र ही मंडला जिले के जिला पंचायत कार्यालय में डब्लू. फॉर. सी. की स्थापना की जा रही है।

Theni Centre Activity

We inaugurated the Digital Panchayat Centre in Theni on 28th June 2012. About 12 Panchayat Presidents and few others represented the Panchayats in Chinnamanur and Uthamapalayam Taluks in Theni District. After the inauguration, they shared that the DPP would give them more opportunities to interact with the outside world and also pave way for escalation and speedy resolution of issues in the Panchayat.

Following the decision made during the inauguration, it was decided that the Digital Panchayat Centre be established at the premises of Magalir Munnetra Sangam, the Local partner in Chinnamanur. Following the decision, Lokalex donated Rs.10,000 towards renovation August 2012 and the centre was ready for operations from end August. Then it was decided that MMS will collect data from the remaining Panchayats in Chinnamanur and Uthamapalayam Blocks in Theni and follow the process to set up another Digital Panchayat Centre at Uthamapalayam Taluk.

With constant support and motivation from Lokalex, MMS organised for a 3-day Training for women on Basic Computer Skills. (Agenda and contents attached with font). Mr. R.Ramasamy from Lokalex facilitated the training in Octt 2012. We have trained 2 staff of MMS as Trainers and they will take forward the training program.

Apart from this, enormous effort has been put by MMS to invite the Panchayat presidents to visit the centre to look up their websites and share their inputs on improvisation of the websites created. But the motivation levels of the Panchayat presidents prove very poor that there are only very rare or no visits by them to the Digital Panchayat Centre.

It is also planned that MMS completes the data collection from the remaining panchayats to have a digital space for all the village panchayats in the two Taluks in Theni District.

In addition, the Anamalayanpatty Village Panchayat President and Vice President, showed greater interest in the status of sanitation in their village and requested Lokalex to support them to overcome the issue. As a follow up, we visited the Panchayat and decided that Lokalex should support them in constructing a 20 seat community toilet complex for women, who practice open defecation due to non availability of alternate solution. In this regard, we have decided to deploy the environment friendly and sustainable solutions. It was also decided to develop the strengths of the
community by training them on various skills like mud block making, eco san pan making, construction if toilets based on the UDDT technology, etc in the village. As a first step, we have trained 7 women in making compressed mud blocks and they are in the process of making.

We have also shared the Panchayat data with Satyendra for creating a website for Anamalayanpatty. Once it is created, we plan to post more updates on the toilet project and make people understand the usefulness of the internet technology in reality. We are sure this will have a good effect on more Panchayat presidents to show interest in the project.

Kanpur Centre Activity

इंडिया डेवेलपमेंट आल्टर्नेटिव्स फाउंडेशन, कानपुर ने दिनांक 01 जून 2012 को जिला फतेहपुर के भितौरा ब्लॉक पंचायत क्षेत्र में स्वा० गया प्रसाद सिंह शिक्षा संस्थान, तारापुर स्कूल के प्रबंधक श्री नीरज सिंह के आग्रह पर डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र खोला गया है क्योंकि यहाँ पर अभी भी आई. सी. टी. के बारे में कम जानकारी है यहाँ पर डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र खोलने का मकसद पंचायत के लोगों को आई. सी. टी. के बारे में अवगत करना है अतः इस केंद्र को 4 लॅपटॉप दिए गये है जिनके माध्यम से पंचायत प्रधान, सदस्य, और पंचायत के लोग प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर सकेंगे| और इस क्षेत्र की . 10 पंचायतों को यहाँ के प्रधानो के सहयोग से ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा|

अभी 5 जून 2012 और 8 जून 2012 को यू. पी. बोर्ड का रिजल्ट निकला, रिजल्ट देखने के लिए गाँवों के बच्चों को फतेहपुर शहर जाना पड़ता था जो की पंचायत से लगभग 20 किलोमीटर दूर है जिसकी वजह से उनेह रिजल्ट देर से पता लगता था या फिर अगले दिन मालूम होता था, लेकिन इस बार डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र के खुल जाने से उनेह बाहर नही जाना पड़ा और समय पर रिजल्ट देखने को मिला और यही नही केंद्र पर समय से रिजल्ट देखने पर पंचायत क्षेत्र के बच्चों के साथ-साथ उनके माता-पिता भी काफ़ी खुश थे| डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र में इस बार करीब 100 बच्चों ने अपना-अपना रिजल्ट देखा और वे सभी प्रसन्न थे|

पंचायत के लोगों को डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र में होने वाले प्रोग्राम के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई, इंडिया डेवेलपमेंट आल्टर्नेटिव्स फाउंडेशन ने डिजिटल पंचायत केंद्र फतेहपुर के लिए कुछ प्रोग्राम बनाएँ है जो की प्रधानो और पंचायत के लोगों के सहयोग से चलाए जाएँगे|

Varanasi Centre Activity

Progress Report (Up to 31^st March, 2013)

Panchayat Resource Center is playing a vital role for the developmental and mobilization of various govt. schemes to the community.  It is a clear impact that a village Pradhan of Shivdasa village Mr. Harishankar Ram has participated several time events organize by the organization under e-Panchayat, e-NGO supported by DEF, New Delhi, has shown their work through the website and selected for Samagra Lohia Gram Yojana by the State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and under this scheme, the village is getting nearly rupees 2 crores for village development program. Mr. Harishankar Ram has also participated in Manthan Award 2012 at New Delhi and also certified by Google for Intel Computer Learner. He is mobilizing a number of other village pradhans and representatives for their village development through e-Panchayat initiative.

67 village PRI representatives and community volunteers including teachers, facilitators, motivators and field supervisors has enhanced their capacity through PRC and mobilizing huge number of SHG members, school children and youth for their related activities.

A number of Self Help Group women members has visited PRC to know about various income generation activities and other certified program from various institutions

6 information center spread in 3 blocks of Varanasi district is mobilizing nearly 2764 persons are benefited through various govt. schemes like old age pension, house scheme, widow pension, health related benefits, education schemes, scholarship program, scholarship for minority, agriculture and related livelihood schemes, skill training schemes and they are directly associated with the PRC.

 32 person from various educational institutions from India and abroad has interacted with the organization and interested to know the activities of PRC and linkage with community.

After participation in the national event at New Delhi (Manthan Award) in the month of December, 2011, the 5 village Pradhans has shared their experiences for operating their village website under e-Panchayat program, after coming back to Varanasi, they shared their experiences with the  relate Govt. officials and Pradhans of the Varanasi district. To see their Panchayat website now a number of other Pradhan has interacted with HWA Community Volunteers, and visited at Panchayat Resource Center (PRC) at Sarnath and showing their interest to develop their Panchayat websites for the development and show casing of their village.

27 village pradhans and 11 BDC members has shows the interest to develop their Panchayat websites and they are collecting the related documents.

6 information center are spreading the information related to the various govt. schemes within the  24 villages surrounding and they are also aware the community about the PRC.

12 students from Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, Abu Dhabi, UAE has visited under international learning exchange program at HWA from 23^rd to 30^th March with their associate Dean – Dr.Scott Kennedy and they was very much impressed to see the PRC and its role for the Panchayat development. They visited all the website related to the Panchayat and after that they selected 2 villages for their field visit.

A number of Self Help Group women members has visited PRC to know about the functioning of PRC and related to the future plan for their village development.

Bettiah Digital Panchayat Center Activity

बहुअरवा, जगदीशपुर, प0 चम्पारण (बिहार)

Center: अन्त्योदय लोक कार्यक्रम (आलोक)

प्रगति प्रतिवेदन वर्ष 2011-2012
आलोक संस्था, बहुअरवा, जगदीशपुर में 03.08.11 को हुई बैठक में तय किया गया कि 50 पंचायतो तथा प0 चम्पारण जिले एवं पूर्वी चम्पारण तथा मुजफ्फरपुर, सीतामढी, के लगभग एक सौ एन जी ओ का एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आलोक संस्था तथा डि ई एफ के संयुक्त प्रयास से 5.9.2011 को किया जायेगा। तत्पश्चात इसको संपादित करने के लिए आलोक कोर गु्रप के साथियो को महती जिम्मेवारी दी गई। सभी साथी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में पंचायतो के मुखिया, पंचायत समिति सदस्य तथा प्रखण्ड प्रमुखों को सूचित किए। डिजिटल पंचायत सेन्टर का शुभारंम्भ 4.9.2011 को आलोक संस्था बहुअरवा जगदीशपुर में पुरी तैयारी के साथ कि गई। डिजीटल पंचायत सेन्टर का उदघाटन नौतन प्रखण्ड के प्रखण्ड प्रमुख श्रीमति कलावती देवी के द्वारा 4.9.2011 को आलोक मुख्यालाय में किया गया। उदघाटन के समय पंचायत प्रतिनिधियो को संस्था के समन्वयक श्री रामेश्वर प्रसाद डिजिटल पंचायत सेन्टर के महत्व को विस्तार पूर्वक बताये उसके बाद डिजिटल एम्पावरमेंट फाउन्डेशन नई दिल्ली से आए देवेन्द्र सिंह जी द्वारा कार्यशाला में इसके महत्व को बताया गया कि डी0 ई0 एफ0 कि मंशा है कि पंचायतो को आॅन-लाइन किया जाय। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत् सभी पंचायतो का निशुल्क वेब साइट बनाया जायेगा। पंचायत के कार्याे का उल्लेख भी किया जायेगा। ताकि पंचायतो का सर्वागिण विकास हो सके। यहीं इस कार्यक्रम का उदेश्य् है। पंचायत प्रतिनिधियो के तरफ से कुछ प्रश्न भी आये। हमारे पंचायतो को आपकी संस्था आर्थिक सर्पोट भी कर सकती है। इस बात पर समन्वयक महोदय् ने स्पष्ट किया कि हमारी संस्था आर्थिक सर्पोट नहीं कर सकेगी। विकास के मार्ग पर चलने के लिए टेकनिकल सर्पोट ही कर सकेगें। हमारे कुछ स्वयं-सेवक आपके पंचायत के कार्यो का डाटाइन्ट्री, फोटो खिचना बनाना लेखा जोखा को डाउनलोडिंग करने में सहायता कर सकेगंे। इस कार्यशाला में 75 लोगों ने भाग लिया जिसमें 44 पंचायत के प्रतिनिधि सहित वार्ड के सदस्य भी थे। इस प्रकार यह कार्यशाला 4:30 बजे तक चला उसके बाद सभी प्रतिभागी-प्रतिनिधियां को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करते हुए समापन किया गया।

कम्प्यूटर प्रषिक्षण
आलोक संस्था के ब्रिज कोर्स के बच्चों को कम्प्यूटर का प्रारंभिक ज्ञान दिया गया। बच्चों को कम्प्यूटर के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारीयाँ दी गई। उन्हे कम्पयूटर खोलना, बन्द करना तथा कम्प्यूटर खोलकर अपना नाम लिखना तथा पढ़ना सीखाया गया।
ब्रिज कोर्स के शिक्षकों एवं कार्यकर्ता को भी कम्प्यूटर का ज्ञान दिया गया जिसमें उन्हें D.T.P का कोर्स करवाया गया। इसके साथ-साथ टाईपिंग का कोर्स भी करवाया गया।
क्षेत्रिय स्कुली बच्चों को भी कम्प्यूटर का ज्ञान दिया गया उन्हें D.T.P का कोर्स करवाया जा रहा था तब तक उनका परिक्षा होने लगा इसलिए पढ़ाई के मध्य में ही कोर्स को रोकना पड़ा। उन बच्चों का परिक्षा समाप्त होने के बाद संस्था के माध्यम से पुनः प्ररांम्भ कर दिया जायेगाा। मासीक शुल्क के रूप में उनसे केवल 100 रू प्रति माह के दर से लिया गया है।

मुखिया प्रषिक्ष्ण

आलोक संस्था के माध्यम से 10 पंचायत के मुखिया को कम्प्यूटर का प्रारंम्भिक ज्ञान (Fandamatal of Computer, Windows) देकर उनको ई-मेल चेक करना, ई-मेल देखना, ई-मेल भेजना तथा Google पर किसी साईट को ढुढना एवं साईड को खोलकर उसमें से जानकारी प्राप्त करना सिखाया गया। जो मुखिया संस्था में आने में असमर्थ थे उनके कार्यालय में हमारे कार्यकर्ता प्रदीप कुमार के द्वारा जाकर कम्प्यूटर की जानकारी दी गई जिससे मुखिया लोगों के बीच कम्प्यूटर की ज्ञान प्राप्त करने की रूचि बढ़ी और उन्होने अपने साथ सरपंचो एवं वार्ड सदस्यों को भी कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने साथ संस्था में आये और वेब-साईट के बारे में जानकारीयाँ प्राप्त की। उन्होने ने कहा की आज के दौर में जहाँ कम्प्यूटराईज उपकरण लगे हुए हंै। वहाँ हमारे बच्चें तथा हमारे तरह अन्य लोग जानकारी के आभाव में कुछ नही कर पाते अगर कम्प्यूटर का ज्ञान हम सभी को पहले ही मिल गया होता तो हमलोग अपने पंचायत का बिकास बहुत पहले से सही ढंग से कर पाते।
उन्होने कहा की आलोक संस्था के माध्यम से हमारे पंचायत में भी बच्चों के लिए कम्प्यूटर का ज्ञान अगर करवा पाते तो हम सभी आलोक संस्था के आभारी होते।

Digital Panchayat Center से जुड़े पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों मुखिया एवं पंचायत समिति सदस्यों को ‘मथन’ अवार्ड कार्यक्रम एवं eNGO Award Program के अन्तरर्गत दिल्ली का भ्रमण 1-2 दिसम्बर तक भ्रमण कराया गया जिसमें राश्ट्रीय-अंर्तराश्ट्रीय पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों के साथ मिलना-जुलना हुआ जिससे एक-दूसरे के अनुभव एवं देष विदेष में पंचायत स्तरीय किये जा रहे कार्यों को सुनने-समझने सीखने का अवसर मिला।
वर्तमान में Target  पूरा करने के प्रयास जारी हैं। जिसके लिए सूचीबद्ध 50 पंचायतों को वेब-साइट से जोड़ने एवं उनके वेब-साइट बनाने हेतु लगातार Digital Panchayat Center से प्रयास जारी है।

Uttarakhand Centre Activity

In the month of January 2013 I visit to different villages for getting updates for ePanchayat program basically Dharkot, Jugadgaon, Kotigaad, and Hadam dandasli panchyat’s prdhan meet me and provide information . Mr. Sunil gopal Kothari, Basanti pundeer, Hari Prasad saklani, pradhan of different panchayats  also visit at ePachayat center and check there panchyat’s information at web. They also learn how to update pachyat’s website. In The Month of feb I update Dharkot pachayat about Narega work and education . I update about disaster of  Kotigad panchatayat besides it I meet soundkoti garmpachyat and dargi gram pachayat and also update there information. I teach 7 girls of Pursol gaon and buransbadi about ICT & how to work on email and social sites. 3 Village volunteer are  learning about ICT  .

In December month Mr. Negi visited 5 villages to get data and take meeting of villagers . These villages are Hadam malla . chota syuta. Guldi . Pursol gaun . and manjyud. here he met the villege people and tried to make people aware about computer education and  there village websites also show them there village sites. Almost 9 village representer have done there  basic computer course and now they are learning internet and website maintaining .
Because of the busy schedule village prdhans are not able to learn computer but in this month 4 prdhans were visit epanchyat Kendr to see there village sites.
